Protesters reject offer for dialogue as unrest escalates in Madagascar

Protesters in Madagascar’s capital have refused to speak with President Andry Rajoelina, instead demanding his immediate resignation. The UN has reported that 22 people have been killed since protests over water and power cuts began in late September.
